Myself, & my wife Linda, are owners of Lea Meadow Outfitters and as you can see we are a hunting family. . The large deer with the drop tine shown in our deer pictorial page was taken by my wife Linda.

I have been guiding and outfitting for a number of years for moose, bear, deer, and fish. I have rifle hunted since I was a young boy and have been a bow hunter for many years.

If you choose to join us for our deer hunt and you will be hunting in an area that I grew up in and hunted all my life. Having been a lifetime resident of the area, owning land, and knowing many landowners, has resulted in us having access to thousands of acres of prime deer hunting area.

Come for our waterfowl hunt and you will find that we are situated right in the middle of best waterfowl hunting areas in Manitoba. Your hunt can be totally self guided where we supply accommodations and connections for fields, or it can be a fully guided hunt with experienced guides.

All of these guides have been long time residents, landowners, and bird hunters of the areas you will be hunting. Because they live and hunt in the area they know the birds and their habits as well as many landowners which allows access to great hunting locations.

Accommodations for the deer hunt and the waterfowl hunt will be at our licensed “Bed & Breakfast” just out side of Warren Manitoba. We are situated on a farm with peaceful surroundings that ensures you get a good night’s sleep. My wife’s home cooking will speak for itself, and I can guarantee you that you won’t go hungry!!!

Enjoy our moose combination hunt in northern Manitoba that is situated on the Churchill River system. Our accommodations are in our secluded tent camps that offer that true wilderness experience with great scenery, hunting and fishing.

What will make this trip for our hunters is our team of experienced, knowledgeable, and professional guides. These people have been carefully selected because of their experience & personality ensuring that you will have a safe and enjoyable hunt.

With our spring bear hunts we are teamed up with our sister operation Grey Owl Outfitters out of Lynn Lake, in northern Manitoba. Myself, Lyle MacMillan, and Ross Sawyer of Lynn Lake, are your outfitters and guides. As well we have life time resident of Lynn Lake, Karl Klawitter guiding for us, and between the 3 of us we have over a century of bear hunting experience.

During that period of time we have learned a thing or two as the proof is in the high rates of success in our camp. Check out our spring bear hunt.
