Lea Meadow offers archery whitetail hunts in GHA 25B which is situated in the South Interlake area just northwest of Winnipeg.The camp accommodations are situated on our farm at Warren Manitoba and you will stay with us at our licensed bed and breakfast. We can accommodate only 5 hunters per season and with this small camp we can ensure that each hunter has a great hunt.

As your outfitter and guide, I was born and raised in this area, hunting and farming in it all my life. Being a landowner here myself and knowing all the landowners in the area, has provided us and you with thousands of acres of prime deer hunting.

I have hunted in this area since I was a young boy and have bow hunted the area for many years in which I enjoyed about a 90 – 95% success rate. (bucks and does) The majority of the hunting is done from metal tree stands that are placed in locations as circumstances dictate depending on the time you choose to hunt.

We offer hunts in mid October when the deer have not been pressured and we focus on their food source, or in early November when rut activity increases. Both time frames have their advantages and are productive.

In the South Interlake area where you will be hunting, the land consists of rich farmland, swamp, ridges, and brush. Oak, poplar, red and grey willow, make up the majority of the bush. The good habitat, plentiful food supply, and tremendous genetics, has made this area well known for trophy bucks Refer to our pictorial page to see what I mean.
